      1. Share risk registers, review mechanisms and test resources.<\/li>\n
      2. Produce deliverables in parallel across the five stages: concept \u2192 design \u2192 verification \u2192 production \u2192 operations.<\/li>\n
      3. Model functional-safety FMEA, cybersecurity TARA and SOTIF analysis in a coordinated way.<\/li>\n

        4. One Key Concept: SOTIF and ODD<\/h2>\n

        SOTIF focuses on situations that are unsafe even without a fault (such as an AI misjudgment in heavy rain). It defines the boundary within which the system can be used safely through the ODD (operational design domain), and uses the MRM (minimum risk maneuver) to bring the vehicle to a safe state when that boundary is exceeded.<\/p>\n

        The future competition in intelligent-driving safety will be a contest of standardized three-domain systems and of the ability to close the loop across the entire process.
